- S. 35 of the Courts and Laws Code Act and S. 46 of the AJK Interim Constitution Act, 1974 — Section 35 of the Courts and Laws Code has been omitted by the Act No. XXIII of 1992, but section 46 of the Interim Constitution Act remains intact and the High Court can exercise these powers where a patent illegality has been omitted by a subordinate Court or any injustice has been done.
