- —Scarcity of Government Land—lack of office accommodations—hardships faced by—Public Institutions—despite that—officials reporting—that acquired land not required for public purpose—under undue influence—Authority take notice—and make necessary action against such officials—We have no hesitation in observing here that it is in our judicial notice that in Muzaffarabad all the Public Institutions are facing hardships of proper public office accommodation due to scarcity of land but it is very funny that despite this crucial situation some official are reporting that the acquired land is not required for any public purpose. This aspect requires special attention of the concerned and Executive Supervisory Authority to seriously take up this matter in the public interest. If despite requirement of land for public purpose, the reports are submitted by officials on the basis of undue influence then necessary actions may be taken against them. Abdul Majeed &others v.
