- Proper language was not used while drafting the petition — All the Judges of the High Court fully know the law — The law of the land is on the sleeves of their robes — Writ jurisdiction is a discretionary jurisdiction — Courts are expected to exercise their discretion in a judicious manner — The verdict must be expressed — Drafting of petition is very objectionable — The learned counsel should remain careful in future — An aggrieved party can attack the findings recorded by presiding officer of any Court before appellate Court — It cannot blame the presiding officer of the Court in the garb of appeal.
