- Induction into civil service — under the Constitutional provisions, every citizen is entitled to equal protection of law and no order which hampers the eligible persons to participate in the selection process for induction into civil service can legally be issued. Held: the Constitution is supreme law and deviation from it cannot be allowed. The superior Courts supposed to be the custodian of the Constitution as well as rights of the citizens.
