Service — Proof of — No acknowledgement receipt in support of service was filed — It can safely be held that no service was effected — Ex parte proceedings were recorded illegally — The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that service could not be effected, which fact is also borne out from the record — The judgment of the Service Tribunal was set aside — Case remanded.
