Admittedly the land is jointly owned by the parties — They pleaded that family partition has taken place between the owners — Family partition under law is subject to confirmation u/s 147 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1976 — It was not the case of appellants that the family petition was ever approved by the Revenue authorities — Adverse possession is not on the statute book — No illegality was committed by the Revenue Officials justifying interference of the High Court in exercise of writ Jurisdiction — Appeal dismissed.
