- Fatal injury was attributed to the appellant — He was rightly declined concession of bail — No fatal injury was attributed to Sajid and Majid, respondents, therefore, concession of bail was rightly allowed to them — An injury with sharp edged weapon on the head of Rashid was attributed to accused Asghar which shows that he was having intention to commit murder — He was not entitled to concession of bail — Bail allowed to him by the Shariat Court is cancelled — As the trial Court is complete the lower Court directed to dispose of the case within the period of one month.
