- Govt. notification issued on 11.10.1992 not given retrospective effect so any allotment made prior to the issuance of this notification cannot be challenged or set aside — Even otherwise this notification is opposed to the provisions contained in the Administration of Evacuee Property Act and Rehabilitation Act — Till the time amendment is effected in the relevant provisions of these laws through proper legislation no such order can be issued by the Govt.
