- — General guidelines that while conducting proceedings in the suits relating to family matters, Court shall possibly take steps for consolidating proceedings in which the material issues on facts and law are interlinked and interdependent like suit for maintenance, restitution of conjugal rights, dissolution of marriage, dower & jactitation—The Family Courts shall also endeavor decision of such suits through consolidated judgments to avoid inconsistent, contradictory or self-destructive judgments.
