- Mere reading and writing, no more considered as education — humans passing through era of global changes — life has become quite dependent on the modern inventions and accessories — modern education is must to compete with the world and survive — middle pass teachers who could not pass matriculation examination even during 25 of their service could not let to remain in service to ruin the future of the new generations.
