- According to prosecution’s own story the relations of parties are very inimical. The prosecution has brought on record the sensitive facts touching the family honor, self respect for establishing enmity between the parties. Held: The enmity is double edged factor. It can be treated a reason for commission of offence but at the same time when the incident is unseen the possibility of the false implication of a person on the basis of enmity, cannot be ruled out.
