- Both the appellants were postgraduates — They claimed that they were interviewed, but according to the Secretary Public Service Commission they were not interviewed. There is nothing on the record on the basis of which it could be said that they were interviewed — It is crystal clear that they were qualified and retaining the concerned diploma — If at all they were not interviewed it is unjust. The public Service Commission is directed to conduct the interview of both the candidates on the basis of proclamation already issued by the Public Service Commission. Bushra Rahim & another v. AJ&K PSC and 2 others 2008 SCR 393 (A)
- —Right to participate in interview—the candidates who have obtained equal marks could not be refused to participate in the interview. Syeda Nawazish Arooj v. University of AJ&K & others 2019 SCR 946 (B)
