- Contention that the judgment of the High Court is silent about the 15% solatium awarded by the reference Judge is misconceived — The High Court only disallowed the appeal filed by the appellant in which he sought compensation at enhanced rate then the one fixed by the Additional District Judge —The High Court did not mention anywhere in its judgment that the appellant was not entitled to 15% solatium — The Judgment of District Judge about 15% solatium is intact.
