1. —ossification test —reliability upon — to ascertain age—not necessary in presence of reliable documents—- stance that age of accused is apparently more than the one shown in reliable documents i.e. registration form of NADRA and result card of Intermediate Board—not a valid ground for determination of age through ossification test—argument repelled—It may be observed here that determination of age by ossification test is necessary when no reliable documentary evidence is available on record about the age of the accused, whereas, in the instant case the situation is quite otherwise as authentic documentary evidence regarding the age of the accused is available on record.
