- Functions, obligations and duties of — directions to — The students or the candidates may submit their applications according to their wishes but it is the basic duty of the Nomination Board to act according to law, rules and the mode prescribed in this regard. It is obligation of Nomination Board to remain in contact with the educational institutions of Pakistan and keep itself up-to-date regarding admissions, policies, commencement of courses especially the last date of joining of the students — in case of migration or exchange of seats whether the concerned university/institution’s rules and regulations have such flexibility to accommodate such exchange, transfer or migration. Directed: the Nomination Board should not only perform duties of nomination but also keep itself up-to-date relating to the matters of admissions, policies, of admission, commencement of courses, migrations exchange of seats and transfer of students so that the institution will be able to properly guide the students for avoiding the unpleasant and anomalous situation and putting them into hardships. Further directed: in future if due to negligence of the Nomination Board, any student suffers or any seat is lost, the sole responsibility will rest upon the Nomination Board and its officials.
