- Respondents were unable to show that M.D.A. had approved part plan and changes brought about in sector plan — Impugned changes lacked necessary approval — Plot allotted to appellant has been shifted without lawful authority — Therefore shifting of plot is quashed — Appellant shall be entitled to retain the same — All contrary actions declared illegal.
