Appellant was performing the functions against a post which was in higher scale and was a function higher in responsibilities and duty to the normal function of the appellant as Senior Teacher — Held: It is the fundamental rule that a person shall be paid according to his work and nobody can be burdened for which he is not meant for — It would otherwise be deemed as exploitation — The Holy Quran has summed up the proposition that nobody shall take the burden of others — Held further: As the appellant had been appointed as Incharge of the post over and above his normal duty, he is, therefore, definitely entitled to the wages of post for the period for which he remained performing the functions.
