1. Govt. functionaries — Acts done — Cuttings in tender documents signed by the Bidder — The Court has to raise a presumption that official acts have been regularly performed — Finding of High Court that there is strong presumption that all these cuttings were made later on do not reflect the correct  legal position. A.K. Trading Corporation v. Z.H. Construction (Pvt.) Ltd 1997 SCR 336 (L)
  2. Presumption of law is that all official acts were performed in accordance with law — However, this presumption of law is rebuttable — The allotment order was passed in favour of respondent by Chairman P.D.A. — On the basis of this order he claims himself to be the allottee of the plot in dispute — He invoked the jurisdiction of the High Court but in the writ petition he failed to implead the Allotment Committee. M. Resham Khan & 5 others v. M. Iqbal Khan 2003 SCR 74 (A)
