- For restoration of the public confidence upon the judicial system and maintaining the dignity of judiciary, the Courts have also to be vigilant in performance of their functions — Neither there is any law to provide shield for corrupt and illegal practices nor it should be spelt out from the acts of the Courts that mal-practice and violation of law is provided shield.
