Public functionary

  1. A person who challenges the bona fide of a public functionary who contends that the public functionary acted mala fidely he is under an obligation to establish his case on convincing and cogent legal evidence.   2. It is settled principle of law that no one shall suffer due to the act of the Court or act of a public functionary, on the action of whom, a citizen has no control.
