None of accused party suffered at the hands of complainant party which implies that accused was aggressor and occurrence appears premeditated — Held: The aggressor cannot claim the right of self defence at all — Held further: Occasion of self defence could not arise as complainant party was unarmed, aggressed and attacked when they were only fencing the land in dispute — Held further: Mere fencing of land even if assumed to be of the accused, does not confer a right upon the aggressors to cause death for protecting it — Plea of self defence does not arise.
