The Courts also have to ensure inexpensive and expeditious justice. The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Supreme Court has been recognized as an ultimate constitutional apex Court in relation to administration of justice and supremacy of law, that is why the Constitution has not only vested the Supreme Court with vast powers but also bound all the executive and judicial authorities throughout the Azad Jammu and Kashmir to act in aid of the Supreme Court and its decisions are made binding upon all the Courts in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
