- In presence of law regulating the transfer of immovable property which holds the field, any transfer made in violation of that law cannot be accepted — Any person who violates the law to save the costs of the stamp-papers, registration and other fee cannot be allowed to do so — fixing the price of the suit land as Rs. 100/- to save the registration fee in fact amounts to fraud.
