The size of entry wound and exit wound — The contention of  the convict-appellants that two wounds of the same size cannot be caused by a single fire, whereas, in the medical report the entry and exit wound both are shown as 2×2 cm which makes the case doubtful—Held: that it depends upon the angle of fire or movement of the body and there is no hard and fast rule that entry wound must be small as compared to the exit wound.
